01. Are all the products on Wifivoltage genuine?
Yes. We are committed to providing our clients with only 100% original products. We also take every action to ensure that any approved seller that sells non-genuine products to us is immediately removed from the Wifivoltage's List. You can send an email to us if you think any registered product on our site does not meet these standards.
02. How do I place an order?
Shopping on Wifivoltage is easy! Once you find the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
Click on 'Buy Now' to add the product to your cart
Click on 'Cart' in the top right corner
Sign up a new account or Login into an existing one by entering your login details
Enter your shipping/billing information
Select your preferred payment option
Go to 'Confirm order' to complete your order
Once your order is placed, we will automatically confirm it via email or call you for confirmation in case we need more information. Please note that this verification is necessary before we ship your order.
03. How do I pay for Wifivoltage?

04. Can I have information on your shipment rates?
The shipment rate depends on the ordered product, the total weight, and the shipping destination. We, however, offer free shipping on our retail products. 
05. How can I return my product?
To be eligible for a return, your purchased product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original package.
 
06. Are there any unrevealed charges if I order from Wifivoltage?
There are no unrevealed charges when you order from Wifivoltage. All costs are 100% visible from the checkout point.
07. How are complaints taken care of?
We cherish customer feedbacks, and as such, we will promptly get back to you in 24-48 hours or less just to resolve your complaints.
08. How can I track my order(s)?
We send regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. Once the order is dispatched from Wifivoltage's warehouse, you can track its status by entering your given tracking number.
09. What kind of packaging do the products come in?
All the goods come in secure packages (cartons or cellophane bags) and with all tags, accessories or gifts included.
10. Do I need to pay a fee to ensure my goods?
